Delete your LifeGoalSmith account

You can request permanent deletion of your LifeGoalSmith account and associated data at any time. This page explains how.

How to request account deletion

Email hello@lifegoalsmith.com from the same email address you use to sign in to LifeGoalSmith.
Use the subject line: Delete my LifeGoalSmith account.
Include your account email (and display name if you use one) so we can find your account.
We will confirm and delete your account and associated data within 30 days (usually sooner).

What is deleted

When we process your request, we delete or anonymize:

Your account (email, display name, authentication records)
App content you created: goals, schedules, progress logs, optional bio, connections, catchups, and related cloud data
Optional data such as profile photo and saved preferences we hold

What may be retained (and for how long)

Legal / fraud / accounting: limited records we must keep under law (e.g. transaction records if you purchased Pro via the app store) — typically retained only as long as required by law or the app store, not for product use.
Backups: may take up to 90 days to roll off encrypted backups after deletion from live systems.
App Store / Google Play subscriptions: cancel Pro in your store account settings separately; store billing records are controlled by Apple or Google.

Partial data deletion (without closing the account)

You can remove much of your content yourself in the app (clear plans, goals, photos). For other deletion requests without closing the whole account, email hello@lifegoalsmith.com with details of what you want removed.
