The LifeGoalSmith application, website, branding, original code, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or create derivative works of the proprietary materials without prior written permission. Third-party open-source components remain under their own licenses.

Agreement

By using LifeGoalSmith you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

LifeGoalSmith helps you plan weeks, track goals, and optionally connect free/busy and catchups with people you invite. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for content you enter. Do not share passwords. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to form a contract, or use the app under a parent/guardian.

Free and Pro

Free access includes a limited set of features.
Pro is a paid subscription (price shown in-app and on the store). Billing is handled by Apple, Google, or our payment partner.
Family “Gift Pro” lets one user sponsor another’s Pro period subject to connection rules and payment success.
Subscriptions renew until canceled in the store account settings. Month paid up front; refunds follow store policies.
Canceling returns the account to Free; your data is retained unless you delete the account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service (spam invites, harass others, reverse engineer, overload infrastructure, or use it for illegal activity). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

AI features

Suggestions (schedules, places, catchups) are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify times, venues, and advice yourself. We are not responsible for third-party venues or outcomes of meetings you plan.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the three months before a claim.
