You subscribe inside the app. iPhone payments go through Apple. Android payments go through Google Play. Pro renews until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancel on iPhone in your App Store account settings, or on Android in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Furniture in the hangout room is bought with points, not money.
